Ingredients:
For Steak Bites:
- 1.5 lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cubed
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheese blend
- Fresh parsley for garnish
For Parmesan Shell Pasta:
- 3 cups medium pasta shells
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Crushed red pepper (optional)
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
Boil pasta shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Sear the Steak Bites:
- Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over high heat.
- Add steak cubes, sear 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and medium inside. Remove and set aside.
3. Make Garlic Butter Sauce:
- In the same pan, melt 2 tbsp butter.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Return steak to pan, toss in garlic butter, and top with shredded cheese.
- Let cheese melt over low heat. Garnish with chopped parsley.
4. Make the Creamy Shell Pasta:
- In a pot, melt 2 tbsp butter. Add cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Toss in cooked pasta and mix well. Sprinkle parsley and red pepper if desired.
5. Serve & Enjoy:
Plate pasta and cheesy steak bites together. Serve hot!
