Ingredients:

For the Steak Bites:

 • 1 lb sirloin or tenderloin, cut into thick pieces

 • Salt & black pepper

 • 1 tbsp olive oil

 • 1 tbsp butter

 • Optional: red pepper flakes

For the Shrimp:

 • 10–12 shrimp, peeled & deveined

 • 2 tbsp butter

 • 2 garlic cloves, minced

 • ½ tsp paprika

 • Fresh chopped parsley

 • Juice of ½ lemon

 • Salt & pepper

For the Sauce:

 • Drippings from pan

 • ¼ cup beef broth or white wine

 • 1 tbsp soy sauce

 • 1 tsp Worcestershire

 • 1 tbsp butter (for richness)

Instructions:

 1. Cook the Steak: Season steak bites. Sear in hot skillet with oil until browned on all sides. Add butter and optional red pepper flakes. Cook to preferred doneness. Remove and rest.

 2. Cook the Shrimp: In same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic. Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 2–3 mins until pink. Finish with lemon juice.

 3. Make the Sauce: Deglaze pan with broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire. Simmer till slightly thickened. Add butter for a glossy finish.

 4. Serve: Plate steak and shrimp side by side, spoon the pan sauce over everything. Garnish with fresh parsley.
