Ingredients:

 β€’ 6 oz sirloin or filet mignon steak (cubed)

 β€’ 6–8 jumbo shrimp (peeled & deveined)

 β€’ 8 oz linguine or fettuccine pasta

 β€’ 2 tbsp olive oil

 β€’ 2 tbsp butter

 β€’ 3 cloves garlic (minced)

 β€’ 1 cup heavy cream

 β€’ 1/2 cup grated parmesan

 β€’ Salt, pepper, and fresh parsley

Instructions:

 1. Cook Pasta:

 β€’ Boil linguine until al dente. Drain and set aside.

 2. Sear Steak:

 β€’ Season steak cubes with salt & pepper.

 β€’ Sear in hot skillet with olive oil for 3–4 min until browned. Remove and set aside.

 3. Cook Shrimp:

 β€’ In same skillet, add butter and shrimp.

 β€’ Cook 2–3 min until pink. Remove shrimp.

 4. Make Cream Sauce:

 β€’ In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant.

 β€’ Pour in cream, stir in parmesan, and simmer until thickened.

 β€’ Season with salt and pepper.

 5. Combine:

 β€’ Toss pasta in the creamy sauce. Top with steak and shrimp.

 β€’ Garnish with chopped parsley.
