Ingredients:
For the Steak Plate:
• 1 sirloin steak (or any preferred cut)
• Salt & pepper
• Olive oil or butter
• Garlic & fresh herbs (thyme/rosemary)
Sides:
• Mashed potatoes with brown gravy
• Grilled sausage slices
• Grilled carrots, cherry tomatoes, and yellow squash
• Sautéed greens (spinach or kale)

Instructions:
1. Cook the Steak:
• Season steak with salt, pepper, and a bit of oil.
• Grill or pan-sear 3–4 minutes per side (for medium rare).
• Add garlic and herbs; baste with butter if pan-cooking.
• Let it rest before slicing.
2. Mashed Potatoes:
• Boil peeled potatoes until soft.
• Mash with butter, cream, salt, and pepper.
• Serve with warm brown gravy in the center.
3. Grilled Veggies & Sausage:
• Slice carrots, squash, tomatoes, and sausage.
• Grill or sear until lightly charred.
• Season with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.
4. Sautéed Greens:
• Lightly cook greens with garlic and olive oil until wilted.
• Season with a pinch of salt.
