BBQ T-Bone Steak & Shrimp with Corn and Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

For the T-Bone Steak:

 β€’ 1 large T-bone steak

 β€’ Salt & pepper

 β€’ 1 tbsp olive oil

 β€’ 2 tbsp BBQ sauce (or glaze of choice)

 β€’ Chopped parsley for garnish

For the Shrimp:

 β€’ 8–10 large shrimp (peeled, tails on)

 β€’ Olive oil

 β€’ Salt, pepper, garlic powder

 β€’ Lemon juice (optional)

Sides:

 β€’ 2 ears of corn on the cob

 β€’ 2–3 golden potatoes (cubed)

 β€’ Olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika

 β€’ Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions:

 1. Prep the Sides:

 β€’ Boil or grill corn until tender, brush with butter & season.

 β€’ Toss potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Roast at 425Β°F (220Β°C) for 30–35 mins until golden.

 2. Grill the Steak:

 β€’ Season steak generously. Grill or sear 4–5 mins per side.

 β€’ Brush with BBQ sauce in the last 1–2 mins for that sticky glaze.

 β€’ Let rest and sprinkle with chopped herbs.

 3. Cook the Shrimp:

 β€’ Season and grill shrimp for 2–3 mins per side until pink and charred.

 β€’ Drizzle with lemon juice if desired.

Arrange steak, shrimp, corn, and potatoes on a platter. Serve with dipping sauce or extra glaze on the side.
