Ingredients:
For the Steak:
β’ 1 sirloin or ribeye steak
β’ Salt & black pepper
β’ 1 tbsp olive oil

β’ 1 tbsp red wine vinegar or lemon juice

For the Fries:
β’ 2 large potatoes or frozen fries

Instructions:
1. Make the Fries:
β’ Cut potatoes into fries, soak in cold water for 30 mins, then pat dry.
β’ Toss with olive oil and salt.
β’ Bake at 425Β°F (220Β°C) or air-fry until golden and crispy. Garnish with chopped parsley.
2. Cook the Steak:
β’ Season steak with salt and pepper.
β’ Heat oil in a pan or grill on high heat. Sear steak 3β4 mins per side (for medium rare).
