Ingredients:

For the Steak:

 β€’ 1 New York strip steak (1.5 in thick)

 β€’ Olive oil

 β€’ Salt & black pepper

For the Fries:

 β€’ 2–3 russet potatoes (cut into fries)

 β€’ Vegetable oil (for frying)

 β€’ Salt to taste

For the Dips:

 β€’ Garlic Aioli: 1/4 cup mayo, 1 garlic clove (minced), 1 tsp lemon juice, pinch of salt

 β€’ Herb Butter: 2 tbsp butter, 1 tsp chopped parsley, 1/2 tsp shallot, dash of lemon zest

Instructions:

 1. Make the Fries: Rinse cut potatoes, pat dry. Fry at 325Β°F until soft, then again at 375Β°F until golden. Salt immediately.

 2. Grill the Steak: Rub steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill 3–4 mins per side for medium-rare. Add butter for basting during final minute. Rest before slicing.
