Ingredients:

For the Steak:

 β€’ Salt & pepper

 β€’ 1 tbsp olive oil

 β€’ 1 tbsp butter

For the Creamy Herb Sauce:

 β€’ 1/2 cup heavy cream

 β€’ 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

 β€’ 1 tsp garlic (minced)

 β€’ 1 tbsp parsley (finely chopped)

 β€’ Salt & pepper to taste

 β€’ Optional: splash of white wine or lemon juice for zing

For the Fries:

 β€’ Frozen or fresh-cut fries

 β€’ Vegetable oil (for frying)

 β€’ Salt to taste

Instructions:

 1. Cook the Fries: Fry or bake your fries until golden and crispy. Season with salt.

 2. Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a pan. Season steak with salt & pepper. Sear 2–3 mins per side until crusty and cooked to preferred doneness. Rest before slicing.
