Creamy Surf & Turf Pasta π₯©π¦π
Ingredients:
β’ 6 oz sirloin or filet mignon steak (cubed)
β’ 6β8 jumbo shrimp (peeled & deveined)
β’ 8 oz linguine or fettuccine pasta
β’ 2 tbsp olive oil
β’ 2 tbsp butter
β’ 3 cloves garlic (minced)
β’ 1 cup heavy cream
β’ 1/2 cup grated parmesan
β’ Salt, pepper, and fresh parsley

Instructions:
1. Cook Pasta:
β’ Boil linguine until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Sear Steak:
β’ Season steak cubes with salt & pepper.
β’ Sear in hot skillet with olive oil for 3β4 min until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. Cook Shrimp:
β’ In same skillet, add butter and shrimp.
β’ Cook 2β3 min until pink. Remove shrimp.
4. Make Cream Sauce:
β’ In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
β’ Pour in cream, stir in parmesan, and simmer until thickened.
β’ Season with salt and pepper.
5. Combine:
β’ Toss pasta in the creamy sauce. Top with steak and shrimp.
β’ Garnish with chopped parsley.
