Ingredients (Serves 2):
• 3 small filet mignon or sirloin medallions
• 2 eggs
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1–2 sprigs fresh rosemary
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & cracked black pepper
• Red chili flakes or chopped chili (optional)

Instructions:
1. Season & Sear Steak:
• Pat steaks dry and season with salt, pepper, and chili if using.
• Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
• Add steaks and sear for 2–3 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
• Toss in butter, rosemary, and minced garlic. Spoon melted butter over the steaks for extra flavor.
2. Add the Eggs:
• Move steaks to the side of the pan or momentarily remove.
• Crack eggs into the skillet and cook sunny side up.
• Season eggs with salt and cracked pepper.
3. Serve Hot:
• Plate steak bites with eggs right from the skillet.
• Garnish with a rosemary sprig and spoon some of that garlicky butter over everything.
