For the Steak Plate:

ʉۢ Salt & pepper

ʉۢ Olive oil or butter

ʉۢ Garlic & fresh herbs (thyme/rosemary)

Sides:

ʉۢ Mashed potatoes with brown gravy

ʉۢ Grilled sausage slices

ʉۢ Grilled carrots, cherry tomatoes, and yellow squash

ʉۢ Saut̩ed greens (spinach or kale)

Instructions:

1. Cook the Steak:

ʉۢ Season steak with salt, pepper, and a bit of oil.

 â€¢ Grill or pan-sear 3–4 minutes per side (for medium rare).

ʉۢ Add garlic and herbs; baste with butter if pan-cooking.

ʉۢ Let it rest before slicing.

2. Mashed Potatoes:

ʉۢ Boil peeled potatoes until soft.

ʉۢ Mash with butter, cream, salt, and pepper.

ʉۢ Serve with warm brown gravy in the center.

3. Grilled Veggies & Sausage:

ʉۢ Slice carrots, squash, tomatoes, and sausage.

ʉۢ Grill or sear until lightly charred.

ʉۢ Season with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.

4. Sautéed Greens:

ʉۢ Lightly cook greens with garlic and olive oil until wilted.
