Herb-Butter Striploin Steak with Lemon Glaze 🥩🍋🌿

Ingredients:

 • 1 striploin steak (about 1-inch thick)

 • Salt & black pepper

 • 1 tbsp olive oil

 • 2 tbsp butter

 • 1 sprig rosemary + fresh thyme

 • 2 garlic cloves (crushed)

 • 1/2 lemon (halved & grilled)

 • Optional: pinch of chili flakes for zing

Instructions:

 1. Prep Steak: Let steak sit at room temp for 20–30 mins. Pat dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.

 2. Sear It Hot: Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Sear steak 2–3 mins per side until golden brown.

 3. Flavor Bomb: Reduce heat, add butter, garlic, herbs, and grilled lemon halves. Spoon the melted herb butter over the steak for 1–2 mins.

 4. Rest & Slice: Remove from pan and rest 5–7 mins. Slice against the grain.

 5. Finish Strong: Squeeze that charred lemon over the top for a citrusy punch and garnish with herbs.
