Ingredients:
For the Steak:
β’ 1 flank or skirt steak
β’ 2 tbsp soy sauce
β’ 1 tbsp olive oil
β’ 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
β’ 2 garlic cloves (minced)
β’ 1 tsp black pepper
β’ 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
For the Noodles:
β’ 1 cup cooked noodles (lo mein, rice noodles, or your fave)
β’ 1/2 cup mixed veggies (peas, carrots, corn, bell peppers)
β’ 1/2 cup small shrimp or chicken (optional)
β’ 1 tbsp soy sauce
β’ 1 tsp sesame oil
β’ 1 garlic clove (minced)

Instructions:
1. Marinate Steak: Mix soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, pepper, and sesame oil. Coat steak and marinate 30 mins (or overnight for deeper flavor).
2. Sear & Slice: Cook steak in a hot pan or grill 3β4 mins per side. Let rest, then slice thin against the grain.
3. SautΓ© Noodles: Stir-fry garlic, shrimp or veggies, then toss in noodles with soy sauce and sesame oil until hot.
4. Plate & Drizzle: Serve steak slices beside noodles. Spoon over pan juices for extra flavor.
