Ingredients:
For the Steak:
β’ 1 flank or skirt steak
β’ Salt & black pepper
β’ 1 tbsp olive oil
β’ 1 tbsp butter
β’ Fresh parsley (for garnish)
For the Caramelized Onions:
β’ 1 large onion, thinly sliced
β’ 1 tbsp butter
β’ 1 tsp olive oil
β’ 1 tsp sugar (optional, for extra caramelization)

For the Herb Fries:
β’ 2 large potatoes or frozen fries
β’ 1 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray
β’ Chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Fries:
β’ Cut potatoes into thin strips if using fresh. Soak in water 30 mins, then pat dry.
β’ Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and parsley.
β’ Bake at 425Β°F (220Β°C) for 25β30 mins or air-fry until golden.
2. Caramelize the Onions:
β’ Heat butter and oil in a pan on medium heat.
β’ Add sliced onions and a pinch of salt. Stir occasionally for 15β20 mins until golden and soft.
β’ Add sugar if needed to speed up caramelizing.
3. Cook the Steak:
