Grilled Lamb Chops & Shrimp with Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans & Corn

Ingredients:

For the Lamb Chops:

 β€’ 4 lamb chops

 β€’ Salt & pepper

 β€’ 1 tbsp olive oil

 β€’ 1 tbsp butter

 β€’ 2 garlic cloves (minced)

 β€’ Fresh rosemary or thyme

 β€’ 1 tbsp balsamic glaze or honey (optional for finishing)

For the Shrimp:

 β€’ 8–10 large shrimp (peeled & deveined)

 β€’ Salt, pepper, smoked paprika

 β€’ 1 tbsp olive oil

 β€’ 1 garlic clove (minced)

 β€’ Fresh parsley or cilantro

Sides:

 β€’ Mashed potatoes (classic buttery style)

 β€’ Green beans (steamed or sautΓ©ed with garlic & oil)

 β€’ Corn on the cob (boiled or grilled, optional butter)

Instructions:

 1. Prep & Cook Lamb Chops:

 β€’ Season chops with salt, pepper, and herbs.

 β€’ Sear in hot skillet with olive oil & butter, 3–4 mins per side.

 β€’ Add garlic and baste with butter until golden. Rest & drizzle glaze if desired.

 2. Grill the Shrimp:

 β€’ Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt & pepper.

 β€’ Sear or grill 2 mins per side until pink and charred. Garnish with fresh herbs.

 3. Make the Sides:

 β€’ Boil and mash potatoes with butter, cream, salt & pepper.

 β€’ Cook green beans and corn to preferred tenderness.

To Plate:

Place mashed potatoes in center, top with lamb chops. Add shrimp and surround with vibrant green beans and corn. Drizzle pan juices for extra richness.
