This mouthwatering platter features a beautifully grilled Tomahawk steak, sliced to perfection and served with a medley of sauces and classic steakhouse sides.

Ingredients:

For the Tomahawk Steak:

 • 1 Tomahawk ribeye steak (2–3 inches thick)

 • Salt & black pepper

 • Garlic cloves

 • Olive oil

 • Fresh rosemary & thyme

Sauces (optional):

 • Béarnaise sauce

 • Peppercorn sauce

 • Blue cheese dressing

 • Spicy BBQ sauce

 • Roasted garlic butter

Sides:

 • Creamed spinach

 • Mashed potatoes

 • Sautéed mushrooms with parsley

 • Seasoned fries

Directions:

1. Prepare the Steak:

 • Let the steak rest at room temperature for 30-60 minutes.

 • Season generously with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.

 • Sear in a hot cast-iron skillet or grill for 3-4 minutes per side.

 • Add garlic cloves, rosemary, and thyme; baste with butter.

2. Finish Cooking:

 • Transfer to a 375°F (190°C) oven or indirect grill heat.

 • Cook until internal temperature hits:

 • Rare: 120–125°F (49–52°C)

 • Medium Rare: 130–135°F (54–57°C)

 • Medium: 140–145°F (60–63°C)

 • Rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

3. Side Dishes:

 • Mashed Potatoes: Boil potatoes, mash with butter, cream, salt.

 • Creamed Spinach: Sauté spinach with garlic, add cream & cheese.

 • Mushrooms: Sauté in butter with garlic and fresh parsley.

 • Fries: Fry until crispy, toss with salt and chopped herbs.

4. Serve:

 • Slice steak against the grain and arrange beautifully on a board.
