β’ Butter, garlic, parsley, lemon zest

Instructions:
1. Prep the Lobster: Brush tails with melted butter, garlic powder, and paprika. Bake at 425Β°F (220Β°C) for 10β12 mins or until opaque.
2. Sear the Steak: Season filet, sear in hot skillet with oil 3β4 mins per side. Add butter and herbs, baste, then rest.
3. SautΓ© Shrimp & Scallops: Cook in butter with garlic 1β2 mins per side until golden. Sprinkle with lemon zest and parsley.
4. Grill Asparagus: Toss with oil, salt, and pepper. Grill until tender and charred.
5. Assemble the Feast: Plate steak, seafood, and asparagus beautifully. Garnish with chives and serve with lemon wedges or dipping sauce on the side.
